ORDERS

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped between 2-3 business days while personalized orders typically process and ship in 2-3 weeks via the method of your choice. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the order volume. We do our best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will promptly inform you via e-mail.

PAYMENT

At this time we are accepting Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method, please contact us at customercare@louloublue.com.

SHIPPING

LouLouBLUE Paper Co. ships all orders via USPS. Please note that LouLouBLUE Paper Co. does not ship internationally at this time.

SALES TAX

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Texas. For all Texas orders a sales tax of 8.25% does apply.

RETURN POLICY

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for custom orders.

50% of all personalized orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. In addition, custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
